MY EXPERIENCE IN DENMARK

I was in Denmark for 6 months and I saw a lot of difference between the Spanish education system and the Danish system. First of all, in Denmark the student starts to read with 6 years old, before this age, the kids are used to play all time. In spite of that the kids have some books in their classroom so they can start to get acquainted with them. I took the first fotograph in a kindergarten school. Here we can see a small girl (3 years old) who "i reading" a book. In the other one, we can see another girl who is 7 years old. For me it was incredible because she reads perfectly ( Nonetheless she reads in Danish I  was astonished at the speed and agility that she has in reading). My personal conclusion is that as a future teacher , I should collaborate in the development of children in aspects such as motor skills, balance, coordination so that children can more easily acquire the reading and writing process in a future.

Charles W Eliot I want to make a book about a soldier because I think he is an interest character for kids. I asked some question about the thoughts of the soldier so I taught the names of animals at the same time. I  used repurposed materials as much as possible which saves preparation time. I don't get hung up about precision and perfection. The more joy in the process, the more books you and your students will want to make. The more books they make, the more writing and learning will happen. At the same time the children will freely ask the teacher about the soldier. The reading session is over with a teacher´s question about the thoughts of the soldier, so

Adaptation Hansel and Gretel

CLASSIC FAIRY TALES This story is for kids in last year of pre-school (6 years). At the end of the story, I explain some vocabulary. HANSEL AND GRETEL BY BROTHERS GRIMM Once upon a time, in a small village, a lumberjack lived with his wife and their children. They were very poor, they didn't have much money. One day, the children decided to go to the forest to find some food. The little girl was throwing pieces of bread along the way so they could come home. When the sun fell, they tried to found the bread crumbs but the birds had eaten them! They walked and walked and finally they found a big chocolate house so they decided to come in. When they opened the door, they found an evil witch inside. She would not let them go home until one day the children managed to escape from that sweet house. On month later, in the forest they rediscovered with their parents who wept with happiness and hugged their children.
